Pen-y-Cwm School is seeking to appoint an organised, efficient and professional part-time School Administration Officer to join our dedicated team.
This is a varied role providing administrative support across a range of school functions, including recruitment, staffing administration, compliance processes and general school administration.
The successful candidate will support the coordination of recruitment activities, maintain accurate records and documentation, liaise with external agencies and assist in ensuring statutory and organisational requirements are met. Provide administrative support across a range of school functions to support the effective day-to-day operation of the school.
We are looking for someone who:

Has experience working in a busy administrative environment.
- Possesses excellent organisational, communication and ICT skills.
- Has experience maintaining accurate records and managing confidential information.
- Is able to coordinate multiple processes and meet deadlines.
- Can work independently whilst contributing positively to a team.
- Has a professional and approachable manner.
