Property Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an award-winning lettings team as a Property Manager. You’ll deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants while managing all aspects of residential property management.
The Role
Oversee a portfolio of rental properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compliance. Conduct inspections, check-ins/outs, coordinate maintenance, process deposits, and resolve issues in a fast-paced, varied role.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential rental properties
- Oversee maintenance and safety compliance
- Conduct inspections, check-ins, and check-outs
- Handle deposit processing and disputes
- Communicate with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with legislation and procedures
- Work collaboratively with the lettings team
About You
- Property management or lettings experience
- Organised, proactive, and detail-focused
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Calm under pressure, able to manage multiple priorities
- Team player who can also work independently
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
