Alandas is a growing, family-run street food business with multiple locations across the area. We’re currently looking for a motivated and hands-on Leader to join our friendly team at our popular beachfront unit in Longniddry—just 20 minutes from Edinburgh.

The Role
As Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the daily running of the unit. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll lead by example, support your team, and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the team during busy service periods
- Take and process customer orders using the till
- Prepare and serve food and drinks efficiently
- Make hot drinks (full training provided)
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation
- Manage stock levels and assist with ordering
- Complete basic daily paperwork
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience
What We’re Looking For

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn, develop, and take initiative
- Previous hospitality or supervisory experience is beneficial but not essential
Important Information
- Peak times include weekends, bank holidays, and school holidays
- Flexibility to work during these periods is essential
- Shifts can be long and physically demanding during busy periods
