The Role
We are looking for a Sales Representatives Trainee who is fluent in Vietnamese/Mandarin to support our growing business and help build strong relationships with restaurant customers.
This role combines sales support with administrative responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who is organised, communicative, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with restaurant clients
- Communicate with customers via phone and face-to-face visits
- Introduce and promote our product range
- Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities
- Assist with administrative tasks, including paperwork and order processing
- Maintain accurate records and support day-to-day office operations
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Vietnamese/Mandarin (essential)
- Confident and comfortable communicating with people
- A proactive team player who contributes ideas and takes initiative
- Good computer skills and confidence handling administrative tasks
- Willingness to learn and develop sales skills
- Interest in food, Asian cuisine, or the restaurant industry is a plus
- Previous sales experience is beneficial but not required
- A valid driving licence is a plus
Pay & Benefits
- £12.71 -£13.50 per hour
