We're looking for a Multiskilled Engineer – Plumbing & Mechanical Bias to support two diverse client sites, delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance in environments ranging from luxury office space to busy warehouse operations. You'll play a key role in ensuring critical building services remain safe, compliant and operational while providing excellent customer service to colleagues, clients and stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across plumbing, mechanical and building systems.
- Carry out water hygiene activities, including temperature monitoring, TMV servicing, water tank inspections and flushing regimes.
- Maintain and repair plant and equipment such as pumps, pressure vessels, calorifiers and closed-loop systems.
- Support small works projects, contractor management and compliance activities across both sites.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately recorded and compliant with company procedures and statutory requirements.
Required Qualifications: applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role:
- NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing, Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Proven commercial plumbing and mechanical maintenance experience.
- Experience working with water systems, water hygiene regimes, pumps, pressure vessels and TMV servicing.
