About the Role
Mercy in Action is looking for a reliable Sunday Supervisor to help oversee the smooth running of our charity shop on Coldharbour Road, Bristol. You will support volunteers, maintain excellent customer service, and help ensure the shop meets its sales and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Help achieve daily sales targets and maximise Gift Aid
* Maintain a high standard of customer service
* Manage stock in line with company guidelines and ensure good stockroom practices
* Maintain shop displays, merchandising, and window standards
* Follow the Retail Handbook and Health & Safety procedures
* Act as a key holder and ensure the security of cash, stock, and premises
* Support and supervise volunteers during weekend shifts
* Report operational issues to the Shop Manager or Head Office
This role may involve moderate bending, stretching, and lifting. Reasonable adjustments will be considered for disabled applicants.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
