Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Barber Apprentice to begin their career within a prestigious and professional barbershop. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about barbering, grooming and delivering exceptional customer service in a luxury environment.
Working alongside highly skilled barbers, you will receive hands-on training while developing your technical skills, product knowledge and confidence. This paid apprenticeship offers the opportunity to work towards a recognised qualification whilst gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist experienced barbers with daily salon operations and client services.
- Welcome clients professionally, ensuring they receive an outstanding customer experience from arrival to departure.
- Prepare clients for barbering services through effective consultation and excellent communication.
- Learn and perform barbering techniques, including cutting, clipper work, styling, beard shaping and grooming, under supervision.
- Maintain exceptionally high standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene throughout the barbershop.
- Support with appointment management, client records and maintaining a well-organised workspace.
- Develop knowledge of retail products and confidently recommend suitable aftercare products to clients.
- Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality and a willingness to learn from experienced barbers.

- Previous barbering experience is not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided throughout the apprenticeship.
