Teaching Assistant - Rochdale
Talent Education is currently recruiting Primary and SEND Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis in schools across Rochdale. We are looking for experienced, caring, adaptable, and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people with their learning.

The Role:
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and school staff to support pupils both in and out of the classroom. Roles may involve 1:1 support, small group work, or general classroom assistance, depending on the needs of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils with their learning and development
- Working 1:1 or with small groups
- Assisting the class teacher with classroom activities
- Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
- Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
- Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience essential)
- A caring, patient, and flexible approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
- Relevant qualifications are beneficial but not essential
