Duties

- Oversee food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating innovative ideas to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen environment
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock ordering to prevent shortages or wastage
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a positive team culture
