An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at our beautiful Forever England store in Sidmouth.
Forever England is a family-owned retail business based in Somerset. For over 20 years we have been designing and sourcing beautiful home and lifestyle collections, building a loyal customer following both in-store and online.
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Retail Sales Supervisor.
This role is perfect for someone who loves retail, enjoys building relationships with customers and takes pride in delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
About the role
Working as part of our close-knit retail team, you will help oversee the day-to-day running of the store while ensuring every customer receives a warm welcome and outstanding service.
You will lead by example on the shop floor, helping to drive sales, maintain high store standards and support your colleagues in achieving success.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Drive sales through product knowledge and confident selling
- Help achieve and exceed store sales targets
- Support visual merchandising and store presentation
- Assist with stock management and replenishment
- Open and close the store when required
- Support and motivate fellow team members
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous retail experience
- Enjoys engaging with customers and building rapport
- Has excellent communication skills
- Is positive, proactive and reliable
- Takes pride in maintaining high standards
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Has a passion for sales and customer service
