We are seeking an experienced pizza chef to join our dynamic kitchen team serving organic Italian neapolitan street food from a kitchen with a sea view.
We Are a kitchen with a difference, we grow our own food and regularly harvestvthe best most sustainable produce from our own gardens. We are also part of a community of street food traders situated in the bustling Newquay Harbour .
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for neapolitan hand crafted pizza, and show an enthusiastic love for farm to table food.
This role involves supervising kitchen operations, managing food production, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality Neapolitan pizza with the best ingredients in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The successful applicant will contribute to maintaining an organised kitchen while delivering exceptional service to our guests.
Must have experience in a pizza kitchen or be super keen to learn pizzaiola skills fast on the job!
