Our Rugby practice is newly refurbished, offering a modern, state-of-the-art working environment with beautiful surgeries, the latest technology, an incredibly friendly team, and a stable patient base. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking practice that truly values its clinicians.
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Dental Therapist to work within our well-established mixed NHS and private practice. You will be working alongside an experienced clinical team and will be supported to deliver the highest standards of patient care.
Working Pattern
The Role
- Providing private and NHS therapy treatments
- Delivering exceptional patient care and customer service
- Promoting preventative dentistry and oral health education
- Working collaboratively with dentists and the wider practice team
- Therapy is encouraged, with support provided to help the right candidate continue to develop their skills

The Ideal Candidate
- GDC registered Dental Therapist
- Passionate about delivering high-quality patient care
- Confident working with both NHS and private patients
- Professional, reliable, and a strong team player
