The OSP Group is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Gardeners to join our team in Harlow. These are temporary-to-permanent roles, offering the chance to build a long-term career with a well-respected contractor working in partnership with Harlow Council.
Location: Harlow
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
What You’ll Be Doing
No two days are the same. You’ll be helping to keep Harlow’s outdoor spaces looking their best by:
- Mowing lawns and carrying out general garden maintenance
- Maintaining and developing shrub beds, hedges, trees, and ornamental planting
- Safely using a range of gardening tools and machinery
- Delivering high-quality landscaping and horticultural work
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who:
- Holds a full UK driving licence (essential)
- Has experience in gardening or landscaping
- Is confident using gardening equipment and machinery
- Is reliable, hardworking, and enjoys being part of a team
