Responsibilities:
- General Repairs & Maintenance. Carrying out a variety of tasks including plumbing, carpentry, tiling and plastering.
- Complete jobs to a high standard, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.
- Problem Solving by diagnosing issues and implement effective, long-lasting solutions.
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and provide updates.
- Maintain tools and ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience across multiple trades is essential.
- A valid UK driving licence is required for travel between sites.
- Strong English skills, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work on your own or as part of a team.
- A commitment to delivering top-quality work across all trades.
- Comfortable handling a variety of tasks and adapting to different job requirements.
