Job Description
Our graduate opportunities have a strong record of establishing early career foundations and developing well-rounded industry skills in our Associate Consultants.
You will work alongside a global team, on a diverse mix of international projects with well‑known brands, applying our deep expertise and methodologies to deliver high‑quality insights and value-led outcomes. Our transformation projects are broad, and your work may include value creation, operating model design, operational excellence, carve-out and post-merger integration, and revenue and cost optimization for major international corporations.
You will attend our comprehensive training programme where you will learn essential consulting skills and industry knowledge through courses, networking and teamwork.
After completing the training, you will join project teams and support the delivery of strategic advice, robust analysis and practical recommendations that help clients achieve measurable impact.
Because our teams are small, you will have frequent exposure to our experienced consultants and industry experts who will help shape your development and career progression. You will receive hands-on mentoring from senior members of the team, including Oli Barnett, European Head of Transformation.
You will often sit alongside clients throughout project lifecycles, developing a strong understanding of how organisations transform and create value. Our hybrid working model supports close team interaction, client proximity and flexibility, helping you grow in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Our culture is collaborative and team-oriented, and you will have an impact on project delivery from an early stage, which will provide a steep learning curve and a structured career progression.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
-
conducting high-quality diagnostic analysis
-
offering quantitative and qualitative insights from that analysis
-
gathering and interpreting numerical data
-
reasoning, modelling and forecasting using various pieces of AI software
-
presenting your main findings in written, graphical and live form
-
contributing to proposal creation and client meetings
-
collaborating with other teams (internal and client facing) across our global locations
-
developing deep sector and topic knowledge
-
and more.
Qualifications
If you are a problem-solver who is critical and analytical in your approach, then this is the right job for you.
Along the way, you will develop key soft skills; from navigating ambiguity and working with diverse teams, to staying curious and adapting quickly in fast-changing environments.
You must have graduated by September 2026, or earlier, and you must have a degree from any academic background (including STEM, Humanities and others) from a top tier university.
You must be fluent in English.
