Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building client relationships and driving sales growth across diverse markets. Fluency in Spanish and experience with B2B sales are highly desirable, enabling effective communication with a broader client base. The successful applicant will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through proactive outreach and regular follow-ups
- Identify potential B2B sales opportunities by analysing market trends and client requirements
- Present products and services persuasively, demonstrating value propositions aligned with client needs
- Utilise Salesforce CRM to manage sales pipelines, track interactions, and generate reports on sales activities
- Conduct detailed analysis of customer data to inform strategic sales approaches and optimise outreach efforts
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client specifications and enhance customer satisfaction
- Prepare compelling proposals, quotations, and contracts in accordance with company standards
- Maintain comprehensive records of all client interactions and sales activities within organisational systems
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within a similar industry or market sector
- Demonstrable ability to analyse market data and customer information to identify opportunities
- Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for managing sales processes
- Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken, is highly advantageous for engaging with diverse clients
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organisational levels
- Organised, self-motivated, and capable of working independently to achieve targets

Pay: £24,420.00-£35,000.00 per year
