We build enterprise grade platforms that feel intuitive, modern, and human centered. We believe complex systems should still feel simple to use. We are looking for a Senior Guest Experience Manager who can shape the overall experience strategy and ensure every user interaction feels intentional and seamless. You are not just improving screens you are defining how users feel across the entire journey.

Key Responsibilities
Experience Strategy
Define and maintain the end to end guest and user experience across all digital platforms ensuring consistency and clarity.
Design Leadership
Guide a small team of designers and provide direction through reviews feedback and mentoring to improve overall output quality.
End to End Design Ownership
Lead projects from discovery and research through wireframes prototyping and final design delivery to development teams.
User Research and Insight
Conduct and interpret user research sessions to validate design decisions and improve product usability based on real feedback.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Present design solutions clearly to internal teams and stakeholders explaining decisions in a structured and business focused way.
What We Are Looking For
Experience
6 plus years in UX or product design with at least 1 to 2 years in a leadership or senior mentoring role.
Portfolio
A strong portfolio demonstrating real case studies including problem definition process and final outcomes. Process matters more than visuals alone.
Tools
Strong experience using Figma including advanced component systems prototyping and design systems.
Communication
Strong English communication skills are required for cross team collaboration and documentation. Additional languages are a plus.
Mindset
You are structured pragmatic and user focused. You understand when to refine details and when to move forward with delivery.
Pay: £3,800.00-£5,800.00 per month
