Overview
We’re looking for confident, energetic people with big personalities to join our team. This is a flexible, hands-on role where you’ll be working across the bar, floor and hosting areas, helping to create a fun, welcoming and professional experience for every guest. The ideal person will be outgoing, reliable and comfortable talking to guests. You’ll need to bring positive energy to the venue, support the team during busy service periods and be happy to get stuck in wherever needed, whether that’s serving drinks, welcoming guests, taking bookings, supporting events or helping on the floor. You’ll help deliver excellent customer service, keep the venue looking clean and presentable, support parties and group bookings, and make sure guests feel looked after from the moment they arrive. You’ll also learn about our drinks, food, booking system and gaming activities so you can confidently support guests and help create a great atmosphere. Previous bar, hospitality, hosting or customer service experience is useful, but personality, confidence and flexibility are just as important. We’re looking for people who are upbeat, proactive, team-focused and able to work evenings, weekends and busy periods.
