Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Band 6 Registered Nurse with Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) competency to support the Oncology Department at Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust.
The successful candidate must be confident in administering SACT treatments, assessing and monitoring oncology patients, managing treatment-related side effects, and delivering high-quality, patient-centred care within an NHS setting.
Job Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with active NMC registration.
- Valid and current SACT competency/passport (essential).
- Previous Oncology experience at Band 6 level.
- Competent in administering Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT).
- Enhanced DBS.
- Minimum 1 year NHS experience.
- Up-to-date mandatory training and full compliance documentation.
- Flexible availability to work ongoing/ad-hoc shifts.
