Go Mix Max Trading Ltd is a growing logistics and fulfilment company based in West Bromwich, Birmingham. We provide warehousing, fulfilment and distribution services for e-commerce businesses and international trade customers throughout the UK.
We are looking for a reliable and organised Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team and support the day-to-day running of our warehouse and office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and provide operational support
- Process orders and maintain accurate records within our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Prepare monthly invoices and assist with customer account reconciliation
- Maintain customer billing records and resolve account queries
- Record employee working hours and attendance information
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Produce reports and maintain operational documentation
- General administration and office support duties
Requirements
- Legal right to work in the UK
- Native or fluent Mandarin Chinese (essential)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, e-commerce fulfilment, customer service or office administration is preferred
