Professional Care Worker – Portsmouth
Homecare1st Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Professional Care Worker to join our friendly and supportive team in Insert City.
Please note: This role does not offer visa sponsorship. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK and be able to provide evidence of this as part of the recruitment process.

- £13.00 per hour standard rate
- Mileage paid at £0.30 per mile, subject to company terms and conditions

Training and development:
- Support to complete Level 2 and Level 3 Diplomas in Adult Social Care

When can you start?
We offer a fast-track recruitment process for applicants who are ready to start quickly and have the required checks and training completed. In some cases, this may allow applicants to start within approximately three working days.

About the role
As a Professional Care Worker, you will support people in their own homes and help them to live as safely and independently as possible.
Your duties may include:
- Personal care
- Medication support
- Meal preparation
- Companionship
- Support with daily routines
- Promoting dignity, choice and independence
- Reporting any concerns to the office team
Previous care experience is helpful, but not always essential, as full training and support will be provided.
Working patterns available

- Day shifts
- Evening shifts

- Domiciliary care visits
- Longer care calls and sits
