```Duties```
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person
- Upsell products and services to customers where appropriate
- Update admin and process orders
- Communicate effectively with customers
```Experience```
- To have experience with Outlook, Excel and computer literate
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
We are looking for a motivated and capable individual to join our team.
This is a full time permanent role- 5 days a week 9-5 including Saturdays.
Your responsibilities:
-responding to customer service emails -Answering phone calls and being a key part in our customer service team -Processing Orders -Helping with the general day to day running of the business -Welcome customers, assess their needs, and make relevant, personalized product recommendations.

-Highly organised with the ability to work independently -Excellent communication skills -Results oriented with the desire to continue learning -The ability to be creative -An eye for detail - Excellent customer service skills
