About You
You may have childcare experience, or you may simply have a genuine love for working with young children and a natural ability to connect with them. We value positive attitudes, life experience, and personal qualities just as much as formal qualifications.

- Has a natural connection with children aged 0–5 years.
- Brings warmth, patience, and kindness to every interaction.
- Has an exceptional work ethic and takes pride in being reliable and dependable.
- Is enthusiastic, fun, and enjoys creating engaging experiences for children.
- Has special skills or talents they can share, such as music, storytelling, arts and crafts, sports, gardening, cooking, or creative play.
- Works well as part of a team and is always willing to help others.
- Understands the importance of providing a safe, stimulating, and caring environment.
The Role
As a Day Nursery Support Worker, you will:
- Support nursery practitioners in the day-to-day care of children.
- Encourage children's learning and development through play.
- Help create exciting activities and experiences.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Assist with mealtimes, outdoor play, and daily routines.
- Ensure the nursery remains a welcoming, safe, and happy environment.
