What are we looking for:
We’re looking for a tutor with tutoring or teaching experience who is passionate about helping students learn and make real progress. The qualities we are looking for in the tutor are: friendly, patient, consistent and an excellent communicator, with the ability to engage students and build their confidence. We value tutors who are results-driven—not just academically, but in helping students think independently and develop strong learning habits.
You should have experience tutoring from Primary through to A-Level (ideally including 11+), with a proven track record of supporting student progress. You must also be happy travelling to students’ homes in the Queen’s Park, W10 area.

About the Role
- Deliver in-person, one-to-one tuition in students’ homes
- Support Maths, English and Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics), primarily up to GCSE
- Tailor lessons to individual needs and learning styles
- Focus on subject understanding, problem-solving and exam technique
- Build strong relationships with students and families
What We’re Looking For
- Strong academic background in Maths, English, and/or Sciences (degree level)
- Experience tutoring or teaching up to GCSE (A-Level experience preferred)
- Familiarity with UK exam boards (AQA, Edexcel, OCR)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Reliable, engaging, and committed to students’ progress
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Availability for 20+ hours per week (from 3:30pm weekdays, plus some weekends)
- A genuine passion for education
- Happy to travel in the Queen’s Park area to client’s homes.
- Desires a long-term role
