We are now seeking a motivated and professional Commercial Executive to support the continued growth of our business.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by generating new enquiries, following up on quoted works, and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients. This is a proactive role that supports our estimating and operations teams to help secure new projects.
Key Responsibilities
· Generate and develop new business opportunities
· Follow up on all quoted works to maximise conversion opportunities.
· Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients
· Support internal teams with client communications and updates on potential projects.
· Record and manage enquiries and client information within company systems.
· Identify trends and opportunities to contribute to the continued growth of the business.
Skills & Experience
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and follow-up.
· Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven approach.
· Experience in construction, earthworks, or a related industry is desirable but not essential
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and general business communication tools.
