Home Manager | Residential Dementia Care Home
Location: Hampshire
Salary: Up to £45,000 annually + discretionary bonus
Hours: Full-time, permanent (Monday to Friday, with flexibility as required)

Compass Associates are working with a long-established and reputable residential care provider to recruit a Home Manager for a well-regarded dementia care home in Hampshire. This is an exciting opportunity to join a stable and supportive organisation with over 20 years of successful operation and a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential dementia care. The home is a small size residential home with a Good CQC rating and has recently undergone significant refurbishment and ongoing investment.
The successful candidate will report directly into the Regional Manager and will be responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership of the home. You will be supported by an experienced Deputy Manager, Administrator and established senior care team, creating a collaborative and well-structured working environment. This role would suit an experienced Home Manager who is confident leading teams, maintaining compliance standards and driving a positive culture across the home. The organisation can offer long-term stability, continued investment and future progression opportunities as the group continues to grow regionally. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the continued delivery of high-quality, person-centred dementia care while maintaining excellent operational and compliance standards throughout the home.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an experienced care home leader with previous management experience within elderly residential or dementia care settings. You will be confident overseeing the operational performance of a care home, managing staff teams and maintaining strong relationships with residents, families and external professionals.
You will be a visible and hands-on leader who can support staff development, ensure regulatory compliance and create a warm, resident-focused environment. This role would particularly suit someone seeking a stable and supportive provider with strong infrastructure and clear progression opportunities.
Requirements – Essential
- Previous experience as a Home Manager within elderly residential or dementia care
- Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to manage staffing, rotas and day-to-day operations effectively
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care

The service is based in Hampshire and is easily commutable from Hook, Basingstoke, Fleet, Farnborough, Aldershot, Alton, Camberley, Reading, Farnham, Winchester and surrounding areas.
