We are looking to recruit a Senior People Administrator on a part time basis (3 days a week, 9am – 4pm) until March 2027.
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Senior Administrator to join our team, playing a key role in ensuring robust DBS compliance. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing pre-employment checks, ensuring all candidates meet required safeguarding standards.
On a daily basis you will lead the administration and tracking of DBS checks for Colleagues where required. In addition to ensuring all compliance checks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with organisational and regulatory standards, you will act as a subject matter expert for DBS and pre-employment screening, providing guidance to hiring managers and colleagues

Experience working in a high paced HR Administration service would be beneficial and you will have the ability to produce high quality work accurately. You will have a passion for helping and supporting our colleagues with a willingness to go the extra mile. Essential criteria
- Experience of working with an HR/ Administration role,
- A track record of navigating multiple HR systems,
- High levels of attention to detail with experience quality checking confidential information,
- Familiarity with the employee lifecycle
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment in a similar HR role.
