Summary
We are seeking a Daytime Cleaning Operative to join our medical centre cleaning team in the Leeds. This role is vital in maintaining our commitment to providing exceptional cleaning services that meet our clients' expectations. The successful candidate will work during daytime hours at various client sites, contributing to a clean and safe environment.
This role is to maintain high standards throughout the day. As clients and patients are on site, must be confident being public-facing and liaising with our client throughout the shift.
Ideal working hours for parents with school-age children.
Monday - Friday, 10am - 2pm, £12.71 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all assigned areas.
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently within scheduled times.
- Support team members to achieve collective goals for client satisfaction.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning.
- Reliable with good time management skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to different site requirements.
- Good communication skills in English.
