Willing to consider a strong Deputy Manager ready to step-up!
Location - Derby (Swadlincote)
Lead a children’s home where you can shape how care is delivered, not just keep things running.
You’ll have the trust to influence the home’s approach, guide the team, and make decisions that improve day-to-day care for young people with complex needs.
You’ll also get support around safeguarding, Ofsted requirements and staff management, so you can keep strengthening your leadership and build towards future progression.
You’ll work in a values-led setting where staff wellbeing and good practice care matter in practical ways, through training, support and a team that shares the same standards.
