About the Role
As part of the Brand Operations team, the Sr. Content Production Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of marketing content across LATAM and EMEA. This role serves as the operational link between Marketing, Brand Creative, Advertising Channels, and Production agency partners. It ensures impactful content is delivered at scale with consistency, efficiency, and brand integrity across two complex, multi-market regions.
What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end content production. Take full accountability for the content production lifecycle across two regions: LATAM and EMEA. Manage workflows using Adobe Workfront and Adobe Workfront Planning to maintain structure and scalability. From quarterly and bi-yearly content scoping to briefing our key agency partners, and coordinating resources and creative files, you ensure the flawless delivery of assets serving CPro, Creator, and Business Pro audiences.
Take charge of the content framework: including brief structures, production cycles, and review and approval processes. This guarantees consistent delivery standards across all outputs and regions. Embed governance and ways of working that scale across markets and audience segments.
Build across regions to reach economies of scale: Build influential, collaborative relationships across Marketing, Creative Studio, Media, and Agency partners to align on objectives, timelines, and priorities. Through coordination, you foster a synchronised team environment and set the tone for high-quality delivery across LATAM and EMEA partners.
Champion effective communication and planning: Lead continuous, structured, and informative communication to cultivate a synchronised knowledge base across regional teams. Engage senior leaders with actionable updates on project progress, while streamlining content review and approval processes. Safeguard project timelines by proactively identifying risks and dependencies, and work quickly to resolve issues, ensuring timely delivery of regional assets.
Own content production planning, governance, and financial oversight: Own production planning at a program level across LATAM and EMEA, including content forecasting, content budget tracking, spend management, and delivery reporting. Ensure budgets and delivery expectations are actively managed and aligned to approved scopes, with transparency and control across all workstreams.
Provide content production reporting: Deliver tracking and reporting on progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions across regional content programs. Provide leadership with clear visibility and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
Strive for operational excellence with AI at its core: Embrace continuous improvement, serving as the driving force behind our project management tooling and processes. Find opportunities to scale and optimise operational efficiencies, content delivery, and define the future of content production excellence with the use of AI.
What You Need to Succeed
Project management expertise: Proven end-to-end project management experience leading complex, high-visibility content programs, with strong working knowledge of project management tools such as Adobe Workfront and Workfront Planning.
Operational leadership and judgement: Ability to make confident, informed decisions across competing priorities, balancing creative ambition with operational realities across multiple markets.
Effective communication: Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders across regions.
Financial and planning competence: Experience managing production budgets, forecasting spend, tracking variance, and ensuring financial control across programs.
Critical thinking and risk management: Diligent and proactive, with strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complexity, ambiguity, and critical issues.
Collaborative spirit: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and senior agency partners in a matrixed, fast-paced, multi-region organization.
Prioritisation and organisational excellence: Agility, diligence, and a proactive approach to leading multiple projects across multiple regions in a matrixed environment.
