We are looking for an experienced Fencing Team Leader / Fencing Supervisor to join our growing team working on commercial landscaping and large-scale landscaping projects across the Northwest.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Fencing supervisor who is ready to lead a team delivering high-quality fencing works.
You will be working with an award-winning landscaping company delivering high-end landscaping projects.
Fencing Team Leader Responsibilities
As a Fencing Team Leader, you will supervise a team delivering professional commercial landscaping and soft landscaping projects.
Key duties include:
- Supervising fencing and timber installations
- Planning & organising work
- Motivating and managing your team
- Ensuring Health & Safety compliance
- Liaising with site managers & clients
Fencing Team Leader Requirements
Essential
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Fencing Supervisor/Team Leader
- Experience leading a landscaping team or supervising landscaping projects
- CSCS Card
- Full UK Driving Licence
- IOSH Health & Safety Certificate or SSSTS.
Desirable
- NVQ Level 2 in Horticulture / Landscaping
- SSSTS – Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme
- Experience working on commercial landscaping projects
