Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Football Coach to join our sports programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing players' skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting a positive sporting environment. Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging training sessions tailored to various age groups and skill levels
- Organise team practices, drills, and tactical exercises to enhance player performance
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to players to support their growth
- Promote sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork among team members
- Assist in organising matches, tournaments, and other football-related events
- Monitor player progress and maintain accurate records of attendance and development
- Ensure the safety of all participants during training sessions and matches
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages participation and enjoyment of the sport
Qualifications
- Level 1 - UEFA B licence
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop players of all ages
- Excellent organisational skills to plan effective training programmes and manage team logistics
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with players, parents, and colleagues
- Passion for sport, fitness, and youth development
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required

Pay: £12.50-£20.00 per hour
