Alongside General Dentistry, we offer Implant Surgery, Endodontics, Periodontics, Cosmetic Treatments and Laser Dentistry.
What we are looking for:
· Able to work Saturdays 8.30am-2.30pm.
· Minimum 2-year dental nursing experience.
· Passion for dentistry and learning new skills.
· Professional, punctual, reliable and enthusiastic attitude.
· Confident chairside manner and confident in speaking to patients.
· Excellent communication skills and passion for patient care.
· Positive team player who is flexible and happy to support the wider team when needed.
· Self-motivated, adaptable with a strong team spirit.
· Confident using Dentally or similar dental software.
· Quick learner who enjoys variety and thrives in a busy fast-paced environment.
· Positive references from previous nursing roles.
· Ease of travel.
· Fully vaccinated against Hep B.
· Right to work in the UK.
Your role will include:
· Provide clinical chair side support to clinicians.
· Preparing and maintaining surgeries to a high standard.
· Sterilise and maintain dental instruments in accordance with Health & Safety Guidelines.
· Supporting digital workflows including x-rays, scanner, photography.
· Ensuring patient comfort and excellent patient care.
· Update patient records, notes and charting.
· Comply with Health & Safety rules and guidelines including PPE, COSHH, infection control, waste disposal, radiology etc.
· Stay up to date with compliance, CPD’s and PDPs.
· Ensure Adequate stocks of materials and other items.
· Assisting Lead Nurse and Practice Manager with CQC and compliance duties including audits, when required.
