The Role
You will manage your own caseload while delivering clear, practical, and compassionate legal advice to a broad client base.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload including Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection matters
- Provide clear, practical legal advice tailored to each client's individual needs and circumstances
- Draft wills, trusts, LPAs, probate documentation, and other legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication and service
- Meet clients both in person and remotely, ensuring a professional and reassuring experience throughout
- Maintain accurate file management and ensure compliance with SRA regulations and internal procedures
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve departmental objectives and contribute to continued team success
- Support business development initiatives and help strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience managing your own caseload
- Matters including Wills, Probate, LPAs, and some Court of Protection work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate and client-focused approach
- Strong drafting, organisational, and file management skills
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to supporting colleagues and contributing to team success
