Job Purpose:
The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for creating inspiring, commercial, and customer-focused product displays that maximise sales while maintaining brand standards. The role ensures the store is visually appealing, easy to shop, and reflects seasonal campaigns and promotional activity. We have 10 shops across Devon and Cornwall that need to be merchandised on a rotating basis.
This is also an exciting role to travel around the UK as a crucial member of our Show Team.
It'll be the Visual Merchandiser's job to come up with beautiful, inspiring concepts for our show stands, communicating with our design team, and designing/building show stand props.
The Visual Merchandiser will attend the shows, helping set up and decorate our stand and then also being there hands on working along side the show team.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain attractive product displays.
- Implement company visual merchandising guidelines.
- Refresh displays regularly to maintain customer interest.
- Ensure signage and pricing are accurate and consistent.
- Ensuring accurate stock file
- Create concepts for our show design
- Work along side our store teams
- Have a hands on work ethic
Commercial Focus
- Use sales data and customer behaviour to influence merchandising decisions.
- Highlight key promotional products and seasonal ranges.
- Support stock rotation and new product launches.
- Maximise commercial opportunities through display planning.
- Work along side the Senior Leadership Team in Head Office to bring concepts to life
Store Standards
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Communicate regularly with store teams
- Work along side the Area Manager and Area Supervisor and support where needed
- Ensure all merchandising complies with health and safety requirements.
- Conduct regular walkthroughs to identify improvement opportunities.

Pay: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
