Job Description:
Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs — but want a role that fits around your lifestyle?
At DegreeSix, we understand that not everyone is looking for a full-time commitment. That’s why we offer short-term, part-time, and daily supply opportunities across a range of SEND and mainstream schools in Stourbridge and surrounding areas!
(We do still support with full-time, long-term roles - if interested, please apply and specify)
Whether you’re looking to pick up extra shifts, gain experience, or enjoy flexible working patterns, this is a great way to make a real difference — on your own terms.
The Role:
- Support children 1:1 or in small groups with SEND, SEMH, Autism (ASD), or ADHD.
- Help pupils with their learning, emotional regulation, and social development.
- Assist teachers in delivering individualised education plans.
- Provide feedback on progress and celebrate each child’s achievements.

We’re Looking For:
- Experience supporting children or young people – in schools, youth work, sports coaching, or similar.
- A calm, patient, and caring approach.
- Passion for helping children with special educational needs.
- A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
