The Role
We’re supporting a premium cosmetic dental group with the appointment of a Senior Treatment Coordinator for their flagship clinic in White City, West London.
This is a varied role combining treatment coordination, patient journey management, leadership and operational support.
You’ll be working closely with clinicians, patients, the Practice Manager and the wider team to help deliver a polished, professional and high-converting patient experience from enquiry through to treatment completion.
This role would suit someone who understands private dentistry, enjoys building trust with patients and is confident supporting conversations around high-value cosmetic and implant treatment.

Key Responsibilities
You’ll be involved in:
- Managing patient journeys from enquiry through to treatment completion
- Supporting consultation and treatment conversion
- Conducting iTero scans
- Presenting and supporting private treatment plans
- Following up with patients and helping them move forward confidently
- Supporting the White City kiosk operation
- Leading and supporting the TCO team
- Supporting team training and development
- Assisting with clinical and non-clinical rotas
- Acting as a key point of support for the Practice Manager
- Helping drive exceptional patient experience standards
- Supporting operational performance across White City and Chelsea

- Previous Treatment Coordinator experience
- Strong treatment conversion ability
- Experience conducting iTero scans
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Strong attention to detail
- Organised, proactive and reliable
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and lead from the front
Desirable:
- Cosmetic dentistry experience
- Implant dentistry experience
- Invisalign or smile makeover experience
- Experience working in a premium private dental clinic
- Leadership experience or a genuine desire to progress into leadership
- Experience supporting team training, rotas or operational performance

This role is best suited to someone who already has experience as a Treatment Coordinator or within a similar private dental patient journey role.
This is not an entry-level admin or reception-only position.
Location
The role is based in White City, West London, with some support across the group’s Chelsea location when needed.
