The Role
We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our 3 established service's in Wembley. These 3 homes are located next door to each other on the same street.
You will work closely with the Operations Lead and Deputy Managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred support. This is a rewarding leadership role within a growing organisation.
Due to the nature of the service, some individuals may present behaviours that challenge, which can include property damage, self-harm, or physical aggression. The successful candidate must be confident in leading teams within complex behavioural support environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the supported living service
- Ensure compliance with CQC and regulatory standards
- Lead, develop and support staff teams
- Promote person-centred care and positive behaviour support
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding and health & safety
- Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and stakeholders
- Drive the service vehicle when required and ensure its safe use
Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience managing supported living or a similar care service
- Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting adults with Autism
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working with challenging behaviour
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
