About Rudgwick Garage
We're a family run independent garage in Rudgwick, West Sussex. Well established locally, with a reputation built on honest advice and quality workmanship. We're growing, and we're looking for the right people to grow with us.
Being a busy independent, there's always plenty on. You'll need to be adaptable, able to prioritise, and comfortable getting stuck in when things get hectic. In return, you'll have real variety in your work and a team that genuinely appreciates someone who can hold their own when it counts.
What You'll Be Doing
- Servicing, maintenance and repairs across a range of vehicles
- Accurate fault finding
- MOT preparation and repair work
- Completing jobs efficiently, safely, and right first time
- Signing off your own work to a high standard
- Supporting a positive workshop culture
What You'll Need
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician (3+ years preferred)
- The ability to work independently and manage your time without needing to be chased
- Strong skillset and attention to detail
- Pride in the quality of what you produce
- Full UK driving licence and the ability to commute to Rudgwick RH12 3JN
An MOT licence or Level 3 qualification would be a bonus, but we're more interested in what you can actually do than what's on paper.
