Based in Crayford, Kent, we are known for our friendly and professional approach, supported by a large team delivering high quality services across domestic gardens, schools, sports fields, property management companies, and residential developments.
Due to continued growth and high demand for our services, we are seeking a Garden Maintenance Operative to join our busy and established teams.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out general garden maintenance across domestic and commercial sites
Work as part of a team to complete scheduled maintenance tasks efficiently and safely
Maintain high standards of work and attention to detail
Duties include:
- Lawn care
- Weed removal
- Pruning and trimming plants
- Hedge trimming
- Grass cutting and edging
- Jet washing
- Garden clearances
- Planting
Requirements
- Full UK manual driving licence (essential)
- Proven experience in landscaping or related trades
- Strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and reliability
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- References from previous employers
- CSCS card (advantageous but not essential)
