Holiday Inn Manchester West is looking for a reliable and hard‑working Kitchen Porter to join our small, friendly kitchen team. This is a 4‑hour contract, working one evening per week, with the opportunity for additional hours for the right person.
About the Role
You’ll play a key part in keeping our kitchen running smoothly. Because our kitchen is small, everyone—including our chefs—gets involved in cleaning, so teamwork is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- General pot washing and cleaning duties
- Supporting chefs with maintaining a clean and safe kitchen
- Ad‑hoc tasks as required
- Lifting, deep cleaning, and organising storage areas
- Ensuring hygiene standards are consistently met
Shift Pattern
- One evening per week
- 18:00 – 22:30
- Additional hours may be available depending on business needs and performance
