The Role
We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our London team. You will ensure that all apartments are cleaned and presented to the highest standards for our guests. The apartments are located in Bourlet Close and Sutherland Avenue.
Key Responsibilities
· Clean and prepare apartments to company standards, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
· Change and manage bed linen, towels, and other supplies.
· Ensure apartments are guest-ready and meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
· Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
· Follow all company health & safety and hygiene procedures.
Requirements
· Previous cleaning experience, ideally in hospitality or serviced apartments.
· Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
· Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
· Good communication and teamwork skills.
· Positive and flexible approach to work.
What We Offer
· £15 per hour pay rate.
· 35-hour working week (7 hours per day, 5 days per week).

Skills
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all individuals encountered during cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting issues or collaborating with colleagues.
