Due to continued growth and new client partnerships, we are looking for a motivated, hands-on Site Manager / Supervisor to become a key part of our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on varied projects and make a real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and supervising refurbishment, maintenance, and small construction projects.
- Coordinating subcontractors and on-site teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
- Managing all day-to-day site activities, ensuring smooth progress from start to practical completion.
- Overseeing and enforcing Health & Safety compliance on site.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven site management and supervisory experience.
- Strong track record of managing subcontractors and direct employees.
- A proactive problem-solver with excellent organisational skills.
- Professional, self-motivated, and approachable in all situations.
Essential Requirements
- CSCS card
- SMSTS / SSSTS
- First Aid qualification
- Full UK driving licence
- Up-to-date H&S training (e.g. asbestos awareness, manual handling, working at height) – training can be provided for the right candidate.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: £17.00-£21.00 per hour
