Job Title: Groundskeeper

The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a proactive and hands-on Groundsman to join a well-established, family-focused holiday park.
The park prides itself on delivering high standards across its accommodation, landscaped areas and communal facilities. The grounds play a key part in creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for holiday homeowners and guests, making this role essential to the overall guest experience.
The Role
As Groundsman, you will be responsible for maintaining the park’s outdoor areas to an excellent standard throughout the year. This includes landscaped spaces, pitches, pathways and communal areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Grass cutting, strimming and edging across the park
- Maintaining flower beds, borders and landscaped areas
- Assisting with pitch preparation and general site upkeep
- Basic maintenance of grounds machinery and tools
- Supporting the wider maintenance team when required
About You
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping or a similar outdoor role
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- A good eye for detail and pride in maintaining high standards
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence preferred
