Nursery Practitioner – Baby Room
Location: Bath, Somerset
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours:
- AYR: 36 hours per week, typically over 4 days (Mon–Fri) on a rolling rota
- TTO: 35 hours per week (Mon–Fri)
Working hours are typically from 7.30am–5.30pm or 8am–6pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch
Pay/Salary -
- Unqualified starting from - £12.71ph
- Qualified (depending on level of qualifications and experience) from £13.25 per hour - £15.50 per hour
About the Role:
Join our friendly nursery team in Bath as a Nursery Practitioner in the Baby Room. You’ll provide high-quality care and play-based learning experiences for babies, supporting their development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Requirements:
- We welcome unqualified, or qualified candidates, but preference will be given to qualified practitioners.
- Passion for working with babies and supporting their development.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
