Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Co-ordinator to oversee and facilitate the successful delivery of various community cycling programmes across Greater Manchester.
Working closely with the Operations Manager and Social Media Lead , you will coordinate projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring activities run smoothly while maintaining excellent relationships with participants, partners and funders.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise project teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of project objectives.
- Coordinate the planning and delivery of cycling projects, workshops, rides and community events.
- Utilise various project management tools such as Google Workspace, Eventbrite, Canva, Click up, track and report on project progress.
- Manage participant bookings using Eventbrite and maintain accurate records in line with GDPR.
- Monitor shared inboxes, respond to enquiries and coordinate communications with participants and partners.
- Schedule activities, meetings and volunteers, including calendar management and WhatsApp groups.
- Prepare registers, monitoring data, reports and other administrative documents.
- Maintain and develop our ClickUp project management system.
- Design marketing materials using Canva.
- Build and maintain relationships with community organisations, councils and delivery partners.
- Support volunteer recruitment, coordination and development.
- Collect monitoring and evaluation data and contribute to reports for funders.
- Work with the Operations Manager and Social Media Lead to identify stories, case studies and project content.
Essential Skills & Experience
- At least 3 years' experience coordinating projects, events or community programmes.
- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills.
- Strong administration and IT skills, including Google Workspace.
- Strong leadership qualities combined with excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in a variety of project management software including ClickUp or similar project management software.
- Confident using Canva.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong time management skills with the capacity to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience building relationships with community organisations and stakeholders.

Desirable
- Experience in monitoring and evaluation, funding reports or grant funded projects.
- Qualified Ride Leader or Bike Mechanic (or willingness to undertake training).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Knowledge of cycling, active travel or the voluntary/community sector.
