The Role
Reporting to the Spa Management team, you will play an important part in the spa’s day-to-day operation and overall guest experience. This is a hands-on role where you will deliver a wide range of treatments to a consistently high standard, while supporting the smooth running of the spa.
The position is available on a full-time or part-time basis. Flexibility is essential, as evening shifts (until 8:15pm) and regular weekend working are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of face and body treatments to a high professional standard
- Carry out manicure, pedicure, gel nails, and waxing services confidently
- Provide exceptional, personalised service to all guests and members
- Maintain treatment rooms to an immaculate standard
- Support stock control and minimise product waste
- Promote and recommend retail products, contributing to sales
- Work collaboratively as part of a proactive and supportive team
About You
- NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy / Face & Body Therapy (essential)
- Good knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Previous experience in a spa or similar environment preferred
- Confident in manicure, pedicure, gel nails, and waxing
- Professional, reliable, and team-focused
- Passionate about delivering excellent guest care
- Flexible and available to work evenings and weekends
