Role: Purchasing Administrator
Location: Stoke-on-Trent (ST6)
Hours: Full Time
Pay: £13.00 TO £14.00
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Purchasing Administrator to join one of our longstanding manufacturing clients in Stoke-on-Trent.

The Role:
- Manage the full purchasing process, including sourcing, ordering, tracking deliveries, and maintaining supplier relationships
- Use internal systems to raise purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records
- Support negotiations on pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to keep production running smoothly
- Work closely with sales, production, and accounts teams to ensure supply chain efficiency
- Maintain strong communication with suppliers and monitor performance
The Requirements:
- Experience in purchasing, accounts, or administrative roles within manufacturing or logistics is preferred
- Understanding of supply chain processes, logistics coordination, or production environments
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
- Open to candidates from varied backgrounds who can demonstrate capability and potential
