Responsibilities
- Perform a range of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and specialised nail art.
- Apply makeup services as requested by clients to enhance their overall look.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and providing personalised recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage appointments efficiently whilst ensuring punctuality and professionalism.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail art, beauty treatments, and makeup application techniques.
- Handle product sales and promote retail items where appropriate to enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician with a portfolio of work demonstrating skill in various nail treatments and makeup application.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage confidently with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Organised with the ability to manage appointments effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards related to beauty treatments and hygiene practices.
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial spirit; capable of managing your own business operations.
- Additional skills such as makeup application are desirable but not essential; training can be provided if necessary.

Pay: £12.21-£31.91 per hour
