The team acts for high net worth individuals, professional executors, trust corporations, charities and financial institutions.
The role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Solicitor (NQ - 3 years PQE) to join our dedicated Private Wealth Disputes team in London.
The successful candidate will work alongside a partner on cases across the full range of contested will, trust and estate work with a specific focus on cross-border and offshore trust and estate disputes for high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals, private and financial institutions. They will also play a key role in driving the team’s growth strategy alongside the head of department.
Candidates must have a strong track record for business development and organisational skills and will be able to work independently while also providing key case and business development support to the lead partner. The ability to work well in a team is vital as this is a very collegiate department and the ideal candidate will have good support from their lead partner.
The ideal candidate will hold the ACTAPS and, ideally, STEP diplomas and have existing cross-border and offshore private wealth disputes experience.
